Gifted, profound and powerfully anointed are a few characteristics to describe Lady Kelli D. Douglas. She is a woman born, preserved and equipped for such a time as this! Raised in Bradenton, Florida, reared in the Manatee County School System and spiritually taught in St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, she was given a solid, sound and enriching upbringing by her parents and local community members in both the faith-based and secular settings.

 

Kelli ascended to leadership early in life and excelled among her peers.  Even during those years it was noticeable that she would grow to do great things in life. As a teenager her gifts and talents were impossible to ignore. Playing both the violin and basketball, she was skillfully athletic and starred as the point guard of the Southeast High School girls’ basketball team. This talent paired with her academic achievements would lead her to receive a full scholarship to attend and play basketball at the University of Central Florida.

 

Educationally astute, Kelli has earned several degrees including a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Florida and she is currently leading the Exceptional Student Education Department at the Lincoln Middle Academy.

 

Pastor Kelli is the founder and CEO of High Heels in High Places, a non-profit organization, established to help women discover purpose and power and live life in full bloom. She also serves in ministry with her husband of nearly 20 years, Pastor Deondrick Douglas at Champion’s Life International Church in Ruskin, Florida, one of Tampa Bay’s most thriving churches.  They have two sons, Jacob Carrington and Channing Jovanni. She loves the Lord and is submitted to his perfect will for her life! She is a woman with a mission, a mantle and a mandate!
